Today , it is a little bit like an activity . It is bringing two very powerful techniques “Gratitude” and “ Mindfulness” together.
Both are simple yet very powerful, so was wondering what would be the result of bringing both together.🤔
If you are new to mindfulness, it is just a state where you are fully with the activity, example yesterday I tried to just look at my water bottle which I use everyday “Mindfully” and suddenly I observed how beautiful it was, it had blue and white stripes lid (I have always seen it just as a glass bottle and I had missed seeing this lid 😅), I observed that it was so smooth , and I also felt an instant connection to it. Yes I went on to feel gratitude towards it.
So it is observing thing with all senses , sense of touch, smell, hear, feel (can’t use taste 😅 for all )
