1. Workshop on Self awareness and Emotions to CSE Center of Sports Excellence

Workshop to 20 amazing cricket coaches from “Six Cricket for All- Center for Sports Excellence “. They were open, participative , enthusiastic, Kudos to the sportsmen and grateful to the universe for such an opportunity. Seema and Me just enjoyed the complete process.


2. Workshop on Self-Confidence

  • Seema and I conducted a work shop of Self-Confidence with a focus on Self-Awareness to the wonderful team / young adults of Sunbird trust (https://sunbirdtrust.com/)
  • whose motto is “Peace Through Education”
  • It was an enriching experience for both us yesterday interacting with all of them.
  • It was a Sunday well spent , we enjoyed the outdoor , green , amongst the nature session . This is the first ever session in this setting and with a turtle . And not to miss the hospitality we received thanks to the wonderful lady Ms. Myrna
  • We both were inspired to meet Chris and his lovely wife Myrna and thanks for all the service they both have done and are doing . We may not even be capable of imagining the work you all are doing .
  • Many thanks to Ringkila for all love and support all through . Right from the start till we got into the car, she was hands on .
  • How can we miss the young participants who were very participative , honest and so loving. We learnt a lot in this process

3. Workshop on Sensory Approaches to Stress and Anxiety – 20th May 2023

Brahmi Center launched its training center with a wonderful workshop on the sensory approach to stress and anxiety. It was a grand success with 15 buzzing participants from the field of sports, psychology and corporate

The workshop incorporated a variety of experiential activities, providing participants with firsthand experiences of different sensory modalities to manage Stress and Anxiety The workshop's success was evident through the positive feedback received from attendees. Overall, the workshop's well-structured content, knowledgeable facilitators, calm and Soothing atmosphere, nonjudgmental participants, chai break fun activities , practical tools and techniques given as handouts and interactive approach made it a resounding success. Attendees left with a renewed sense of empowerment, armed with valuable skills to better manage stress and anxiety using the sensory approach.

The most profound moment was when we witnessed a possibility of a practical implementation of the workshop when the participating sports coaches (which included a national level coach) had insights and ideas about how they would incorporate it into their and their student’s warm-up and cool down routines to help manage the stress. The professional students went with few new techniques to be incorporated even during the stressful times of the tournament. Well, the most important was the understanding of why and how stress was impacting their lives and how they can mange it by daily routines.


4. Workshop “Skills of Wisdom” – Aug 2,3 & 4th By Sreedhar Mandyam

Making Better Choices and Staying Calm in Chaos

You will learn how to harness the power of wisdom to make better choices in any given situation and stay calm amidst the chaos around you.

5. Workshop on Self awareness and Communication

25 coaches from 91 Sporting Company attended this interactive workshop and went back with awareness, communication skills and some amazing tips ( well , That is what they expressed to us in the feedback ).
