Geetha Solaraj is a seasoned Counselling Psychologist with experience in training & mentoring aspiring psychologists and teenagers.
Drawing upon her personal journey of overcoming adversity, including a cancer diagnosis at a young age of 24 ( her book on healing is a must read) she has developed a profound empathy for those navigating life's complexities. This firsthand experience, combined with her extensive training and expertise, empowers her to create a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and unlock their full potential.
Beyond clinical practice, she is a committed mentor and educator, passionate about fostering a new generation of mental health professionals and advocates. Her work extends to research, policy, and community engagement, as she strives to create a more inclusive and equitable world for all.
Her career has been marked by a deep commitment to bridging the gap between neurodiversity and mainstream society. Previously, as the Director at NeuroGifted, a pioneering consulting firm, she spearheaded initiatives to raise awareness and implement inclusive practices within leading multinational organisations. This experience, coupled with her frontline work as a counsellor, has equipped her with a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities faced by neurodivergent individuals.
With an Entrepreneurship degree from the Indian School of Business (ISB) and an Image Consulting degree from the UK, she brings a unique perspective to her role. By combining psychological expertise, advocacy, and a deep-rooted commitment to human potential, she believes we can build a future where neurodiversity is celebrated as a source of strength and innovation.
